How we serve
We offer to create and hold space through various means including:
- One on one Sound or Reiki Sessions
- Group Sound Meditations and Sound Baths
- Retreats (Our Focus is Day-Retreats)
To "Hold Space" means we create an environment that is safe, love-filled, and away from daily routines where you can learn, heal, and grow
